This equipment can remove all contaminants such as welding slag, oxide scale, oil stains, and paint from the surface of metal structural parts, exposing a uniform metallic base color and improving the adhesion between the structural parts and the coating. The sandblasting derusting grade reaches Sa2.5 (according to GB/T8923-88), with a cleaning efficiency of ≥20m2/hour/single gun.

1. Working Principle
The workpiece is placed on a flat car, and the flat car enters the cleaning room. The large door is closed, and the manual shot blasting system accelerates steel shot to impact and scrape the workpiece surface, removing oxide scale, rust, and contaminants. After cleaning, the large door is opened, and the workpiece is moved out of the cleaning room.
Scattered steel shot, dust, oxide scale, etc., pass through the floor drain plate into the scraper trough for transport to the separation and recovery system. After separation by the separation system, usable steel shot enters the storage hopper for continued use; dust and impurities are drawn into the dust collector, filtered by the dust removal system, with clean air discharged into the atmosphere, and dust impurities stored in a waste bin for periodic cleaning.
