This machine is specially designed for shot blasting the outer wall of steel pipe elbows to remove the oxide scale on the surface, increase the surface area, and enhance the adhesion of coatings.

This machine has the following main features:

         1. The shot blasting wheels are arranged in a circular pattern. Due to different pipe diameters, the bottom of steel pipe elbows is approximately at the same height when conveyed on the roller table. The shot blasting wheels blast from six directions, and the distance from the shot to the steel pipe surface is basically the same, resulting in a relatively uniform cleaning effect.

2. Workpieces pass continuously through the inlet and outlet of the shot blasting machine. To handle steel pipes with vastly different diameters and prevent shot from flying out, this machine uses multi-layer replaceable sealing brushes to achieve complete sealing of the shot.

    3. It adopts a direct-coupled, novel, high-efficiency, multi-functional shot blasting wheel, offering large shot blasting capacity, high efficiency, quick blade replacement, the capability for complete replacement, and easy maintenance.

4. It uses a full-curtain BE-type shot and grit separator, which greatly improves the separation capacity, separation efficiency, and shot blasting quality, while reducing wear on the shot blasting wheel.
