Before Starting

Daily Work

Separator:  Visual Inspection of Shot Flow Curtain(1)

Remove Foreign Objects from Movable Gate

Visual inspection of materials separated by the separator (3) (shot, scale and dust)

Adjust choke gate (4)

Screen blockage (5)

Clean it (5)

Check if the separator is blocked

Clean

Rotary vibrating screen: Visually check if the sand quantity in the hopper is normal. If coarse sand is present in the fine sand, or if fine sand exits from the waste port, identify the faulty screen body and check if the screen mesh is damaged.

Replace screen mesh

Shot blasting machine motor:

Visually check shot throughput or power drop using the current on the control cabinet.

Add shot to the shot hopper (1), check the shot supply device for blockages.

Weekly

Shot blasting machine:

Visually check blades (1), shot flow tube (2), impeller (3), directional sleeve (4) for wear.

Replace parts if necessary.

Note:

After replacing parts, the blasting pattern must be checked.

Cleaning room: visually inspect guard plate

Replace if necessary

Elevator:

Visually inspect each part for wear, belt tension, and whether it is running centered

Replace worn parts

Tighten belt
