In terms of cleaning equipment classification, it belongs to the roller conveyor shot blasting machine, but it also has its own advantages: It adopts the fourth-generation shot blasting machine with large shot flow and high throwing speed, significantly improving cleaning efficiency and achieving satisfactory cleaning quality. The simulation throwing diagram (including the determination of the shot blasting machine model, quantity, and spatial layout position) and all drawings of the shot blasting machine are completely drawn using Computer-Aided Design (CAD), making the selection and layout of the shot blasting machine more reasonable. This improves the utilization rate of shot and labor productivity, ensures the cleaning effect, and reduces the wear on the chamber lining plates.

The cleaning chamber is protected with high-manganese steel plates, which are fixed with special nuts for easy replacement and long service life, making them the best chamber protective plates in current shot blasting cleaning equipment.
The separator adopts the BE-type full-curtain separator technology from US-based Pangborn Corporation, ensuring excellent separation performance.
The shot control system uses our company's self-made pneumatic control valves, which are simple and reliable.
