Shot Peening Equipment
This series of equipment is one of the new types independently developed by our company. The main cleaning targets include shot peening strengthening of leaf springs, coil springs, crankshafts, connecting rods, gears, anchor chains, etc. It has the following advantages: It adopts the internationally fourth-generation cantilever centrifugal shot blasting machine (variable frequency speed control) with high shot flow and high throwing speed. The separation screen uses BE-type full-curtain technology, and a vibrating screen is used to sieve shot particle size to ensure strengthening effects. The entire shot circulation system of the equipment is equipped with automatic detection devices.
