The mesh belt through-feed shot blasting machine uses a conveyor mesh belt as the workpiece carrier. The conveyor belt is available in two types: steel wire mesh belt and wear-resistant rubber belt. One end of the blasting chamber is the loading station, and the other end is the unloading station. During operation, parts are placed on the conveyor belt at the loading station. The belt slowly and continuously moves into the blasting chamber for shot blasting cleaning, then proceeds to the unloading station where the workpieces are removed. This machine features continuous operation without any collisions, is suitable for both small and medium-sized parts, and is ideal for high-volume production.
