The working principle of the steel track shot blasting machine is as follows: after adding a specified number of workpieces into the cleaning chamber, the door closes, the machine starts, and the workpieces are driven by the drum to begin tumbling. Meanwhile, the shot blasting wheel throws shot at high speed, forming a fan-shaped stream that uniformly strikes the workpiece surfaces, thereby achieving the cleaning purpose. The thrown shot and sand particles flow through the small holes on the track into the bottom screw conveyor, which sends them to the elevator, and then to the separator for separation. Dust-laden gas is sucked by the fan into the dust collector for filtration, becoming clean air that is discharged into the atmosphere. Dust is blown back by air and falls into the dust collection box at the bottom of the dust collector, which users can regularly clean. Waste sand flows out through the waste pipe and can be reused by users. The mixture of shot and sand is recovered through the recovery pipe into the chamber body, and after separation by the separator, it is reused. The layout of the shot blasting wheels is determined through computer 3D dynamic simulation, with all angles and positions designed by the computer.
