The cylinder inner and outer wall shot blasting machine is a combined cleaning machine for cleaning the inner and outer walls of cylinders. It uses shot blasting to clean the outer surface and shot peening to clean the inner surface, removing the oxide scale from both the inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder.

The cylinder outer wall shot blasting machine mainly utilizes PLC electrical control, pneumatic valve and cylinder control for the loading and unloading system, and fault detection for the shot controllable gate and shot conveying, achieving automatic control of the entire machine. 4. Structural Features

The machine structure consists of a feeding mechanism, a feeding roller table, a shot blasting cleaning machine, a discharging roller table, a discharging mechanism, a pneumatic control system, an electrical control system, and a dust removal system.

The shot blasting cleaning machine is composed of a blasting chamber, a shot blasting head assembly, a shot chute and grid, a shot and debris separator, an elevator, a platform with ladder and railing, and a shot supply system.

The cylinder inner wall shot blasting machine mainly uses shot blasting technology to clean the inner wall of cylindrical bodies. It is a newly developed and researched type of cylinder inner wall shot blasting cleaning machine, and is the most advanced automatic cylinder inner wall cleaning machine available today. It primarily uses compressed air as power to accelerate shot particles, generating kinetic energy to blast the inner wall of the cylinder. When the cylinder is positioned in the blasting chamber, the spray gun automatically extends into each cylinder, moving up and down inside the chamber to achieve comprehensive cleaning of the inner wall.
