Steel Plate Pretreatment Production Line

The QXY series steel pretreatment line is designed and manufactured by incorporating the advantages of similar domestic and international products. The main machine of the rust removal department (shot blasting cleaning) adopts a cantilever centrifugal high-efficiency shot blaster and a full-curtain type shot-sand separator; the cleaning department uses specially made high-strength nylon roller brushes and a high-pressure fan two-stage cleaning device; the preheating and drying department adopts multiple heating methods; the painting department uses high-pressure airless spraying. This complete set of equipment is controlled by a PLC and is a large-scale complete set of equipment at an international advanced level.

It is mainly used for surface treatment (preheating, rust removal, painting, drying) of steel plates and various types of steel, and can also be used for shot blasting cleaning and strengthening of metal components.
