The shot blasting equipment of our company is developed by drawing on the shot blasting products and technologies of US-based Pangborn Corporation and Germany's V+S Company, closely tracking the latest technological advancements in their shot blasting products, and through dedicated research and meticulous craftsmanship. The first domestically produced roll texturing shot blasting machine was jointly developed by our current chief technical engineer and a Taiwanese engineer, based on the products of Japan's Sintokogio, Ltd. The abrasive circulation system, steel grit flow control valve, dust collector, and shot blasting machine have all become mature series products of the company. The core part of the machine—the shot blasting machine—adopts technology from US-based Pangborn Corporation. The sand hopper is equipped with level switches that indicate the maximum and minimum amounts of steel grit in the storage box, and it is linked with an automatic abrasive addition device to ensure a sufficient supply of steel grit for the shot blasting machine. The monitoring system uses an industrial computer for control, with a touch display for output, and communication between the industrial computer and PLC is via MPI protocol. Currently, it is one of the domestically produced roll texturing shot blasting machines with the highest degree of automation and cost-effectiveness.
